As you walk into the open layout of the kitchen/dining and living room you will find this a wonderful space for your family to gather over a meal or after a long day at the beach. The kitchen offers a wonderful island with bar stools and additional seating for 6 at the dining room table. The kitchen is completely stocked for your convenience with all the items you would need to make a home cooked meal and more! Two of the four bedrooms (Twin bedroom & 1 Full Bedroom) and one full bathroom are location on this main level. The master bedroom with queen sized bed offers its own master bathroom and has complete privacy off of the 2nd floor. This loft style master bedroom was recently renovated to make it nice and private. This master bedroom is spacious and also provides a small office area for those who are not able to get away from work for the entire week. Speaking of staying connected, 20 Palmer Avenue also provides high speed wireless Internet for your convenience!
The ground level at 20 Palmer offers the 4th bedroom with full sized bed. This level also provides extra storage space, a 2nd refrigerator for keeping all your beverages cold and the third bathroom, also equipped for your convenience with a washer and dryer.
