Our location is ideal for fast and friendly service.  Located just three miles from Exit 36, off of the Maine Turnpike. You can stop by and grab your check in package and keys on the way to your fabulous vacation home. We are now located on the corner of Cascade Rd, so just follow Cascade right into OOB! Less traffic getting in means more beach time!

From Interstate I95
From Interstate 95 Northbound and Southbound: Take Exit 36 off I-95.  Continue straight towards Old Orchard Beach on Route 5 Just pass the tolls, take exit 2B towards Saco. Go down about 3 miles off that exit and we will be on your right, just pass the flea market. We are now in the building where the old Cascade Restaurant use to be.  Our new building is shared with Beach Beverage and Discovery Place Daycare!
